Right of Withdrawal
You can use the withdrawal button in your customer account. Your withdrawal request will be submitted to GOLDBECK Parking Services GmbH for review.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount proportional to the services already provided up to the time you informed us of the exercise of your right of withdrawal in relation to this contract, compared to the total scope of the services provided for under the contract.
The right of withdrawal expires once the trader has fully performed the service and has only begun performance after the consumer has given their explicit consent and at the same time acknowledged that they will lose their right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract by the trader.
